The first step is to fill out the form, providing details about the property and the space in question. Next, we will send you a quote for approval and schedule the first meeting with the architect to go over all the details and align expectations.

What you’ll need to provide:

• Floor plan: This can be the property’s original floor plan, a simple hand-drawn sketch, or even a screenshot from a real estate app.

• Photos and videos of the space: Capture different angles to ensure good visibility.

• Key measurements: Such as ceiling height, door and window openings, and the dimensions of any existing furniture (if you plan to keep it in the space).

• Inspiration references: Colors, materials, and styles you like.

a) Concept Design / Express Consultation
Customized according to your preferences and the unique characteristics of your space, I create a design concept that includes a mood board with a selected color palette, recommended materials, furniture options, decorative items, and a carefully planned layout for furniture arrangement.
If you wish, after the delivery and approval of this stage, we can move forward with the complete project development.

Upon final delivery, you will receive your project documented in digital boards, along with a bonus: a shopping list with the suggested items. If you need any final adjustments, there will be a refinement and revision period within the contracted scope.
